If you suction it on to you as has been suggested, it is not shaped naturally anymore and isn't really all that comfortable and the suction can be broken easily then you are just sliding around in it.Also, I have tried many of these sleeves and this is definitely very thick, possibly too thick. I couldn't really get it into my girlfriend which was too bad because I was looking forward to it.Also, the sleeve is very soft and flexible. Because it is so thick, sometimes you lose your erection and because this is so soft and fits lose you basically have to stop using it.I would love it if the company addressed the issues. It is well made, good quality just the design makes if not so usable for many reasons.
