This is a 100 percent BRAND NEW rack. It is an EXACT replacement for the dodge Dakota 2wd. Comes with new inner tie rods and it even comes with mounting bushings.So called refurbished units do not include bushings. Bolts right up.These units do not include outer tie rod ends which is the norm.
